Masked Ball Tickets for Sale Now

This beautiful scene is a variation of Melanie McQuire's lavishly decorating for various events. Her plans for the kick-off celebration of Eatonville's Centennial weekend are equally lavish. Huge silver candelabras, silk plants, soft, colorful, exotic fabrics, chair covers and much more await those attending the Masked Ball.

"The Night is Yours"

     from Melanie McQuire

It's a beautiful crisp Autumn evening. The brilliant leaves of burnished golds and sultry reds fall around you as they prepare your path. To what? you ask. Why to the Eatonville Centennial  Masked Ball, of course. In your very best evening attire, you are ushered into the Eatonville High School by the  gracious doorman. The ethereal music of the Harpist sooths your senses as you gaze upon the drama of the Ballroom.
Flooded in dramatic lights of many colors, the twinkling of the silver candelabras cast their shadows upon the tables. Stark white plumes dance eagerly; awaiting the moment you will join them as you make your way across the dance floor. Your attendant escorts you to your table, and for the evening , she will cater to your every need.
You are presented with your mask and the night of  the ball begins. John Bratholm, Master of Ceremonies, opens the evening event. Now, the night is yours. The live music from local friends and old favorites are played to listen and to dance. Special performances are presented for your enjoyment.

Beverages are served and the delicious dessert table beckons you to sample the decadent sweets, meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables. At midnight the violinist serenades you one last time as the evening closes on a magical night when you celebrated with others the Centennial year of your town, our town, Eatonville.
